Josh has been involved in the health and fitness industry since the beginning of 2011, leaving his previous career to join the fitness industry to help people and make a difference to their lives. He enjoys endurance dirt bike riding, 4 wheel driving and fishing.
He believes that when done right, fitness provides a great margin of protection against the ravages of time and disease. Your ability to sustain fitness throughout your life is a defining measure of health. He says we only get one opportunity at life so we might as well enjoy it.
Josh believes in trying new things, face the things that scare you the most, the sense of accomplishment from overcoming these is overwhelming. he says to try your best at everything you attempt and you will be rewarded.

Alex has always been passionate about sport since the age of 8. He began with track and field and continued it throughout his teenage years fulfilling state and national level placing in sprinting, hurdling and long jump. Upon finishing high school he found the gym and began his career as a personal trainer. 5 years later Alex is an experienced trainer coaching at various gyms including CrossFit gyms and Fitness First.
