TESTING WEEK! YUMM
This testing week finalises the 16 week strength cycle.
Now their will be a gymnastics and Vo2 FOCUS .This will be 12 weeks. The Vo2 as you'll see will be easily adapted through emoms and pre-workout routines that will evolve over time.
The gymnastics will be programmed as skill components. The 'strength' components i.e squats and deadlifts etc.. that we've done these past 16 weeks will now be in wods as more of a hypertrophic state.
We will revisit a strength cycle (basal not hypertrophy) after this new gymnastics cycle.
