Easy to start and challenging for ALL levels, this class is a 45 Min HIIT session (High Intensity Interval Training) with light weights and conditioning. We combine functional movements with specific core strengthening exercises to give you a workout that burns through fat and sculpts every muscle you have.
The classes are always fun and different — you’ll “work” with medicine balls, kettlebells, light dumbbells, and other super effective tools! Bring a friend in for a free trial next week!
