This Class gives you a chance to focus on either weightlifting as a support itself or refining your technique as a CrossFit modality.

Ensuring proper development as a Weightlifter comes down to properly training the lifts. In order of importance (and implementation), the different areas of developmental focus come down to:

Once a lifter masters the positions, we add speed and the RESULT is load over time. Athletes are always moving back and forth between positional and speed training depending on…well, a lot. That’s where coaching comes in!
