Owner / Head Coach

Josh has been involved in the health and fitness industry since the beginning of 2011, leaving his previous career to join the fitness industry to help people and make a difference to their lives.

He believes that when done right, fitness provides a great margin of protection against the ravages of time and disease. Your ability to sustain fitness throughout your life is a defining measure of health. He says we only get one opportunity at life so we might as well enjoy it.

Josh believes in trying new things, face the things that scare you the most, the sense of accomplishment from overcoming these is overwhelming. he says to try your best at everything you attempt and you will be rewarded.

ALEX CHEE

Alex has had exposure to a wide range of competitive sports from a young age, from track and field and rugby to Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit and Gymnastics. As a CrossFit Coach, personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Alex has a strong interest in the personal development of his client’s fitness levels whether for sports-specific performance or everyday life.

GINA PASIONE

Gina has spent the last 19 years in different disciplines including body building, Muay Thai and a CrossFit Coach Gina get’s excited about helping people achieve their fitness goals.

CrossFit has always been her passion She has diverse experience working with many people over the years from Children to 60+ Masters Groups, Surf lifesaving Muay Thai.

Jack

Jack has played competitive rugby his whole life, making the transition to CrossFit in the last few years and competing there as well. He has brought years of coaching experience, and a strong passion to help his clients reach their full potential and help them achieve their personal goals.
