Who we are
Coming from a personal training background, we believe in constantly developing our clients’ strength and conditioning with an emphasis on safe biomechanics.
Since 2012 at CrossFit Wellbeing , we have worked on creating and developing different exercise programs that allow all of our clients to be catered for and help them develop in line with their current situation and requirements. We are active in our coaching and not just facilitators. We aim to educate and motivate our members about their health and fitness so they can have fulfilling day to day lives.
