Who we are

Coming from a personal training background, we believe in constantly developing our clients’ strength and conditioning with an emphasis on safe biomechanics.

Since 2012 at CrossFit Wellbeing , we have worked on creating and developing different exercise programs that allow all of our clients to be catered for and help them develop in line with their current situation and requirements. We are active in our coaching and not just facilitators. We aim to educate and motivate our members about their health and fitness so they can have fulfilling day to day lives.

Our Mission

The CrossFit Wellbeing community is passionate about health, wellness and creating personal bests for our clients both on and off the gym floor.

Our coaching staff have a wealth of experience, knowledge and true client care. We deliver an effective program design with individually tailored options.

We believe that every individual should be treated exactly as that, an individual. From the assessment phase through to training, we tailor your program to support and challenge you to achieve your goals.

Josh’s Story

This me 2007. – 5’8 – 99kg – Smoked 40 cigarettes a day
– Drank so much bourbon and Coke it created market shortage . By the end of 2008, I was down to 71kg. When speaking with current and new members seeking to improve their health and fitness.. I get it .. I honestly get how hard it is. This isn’t to seek appraisal at all for myself but to share my experience. I’ve seen some amazing transformations in the gym. A young man I meet 18 months ago is 17kg down and one of the top male athletes. A female who came to us after suffering a horrific hip dislocation is now one of our strongest females in the gym!
